Liability Waiver

CRISTA Senior Living Classic Car Show

In consideration of my participation in the CRISTA Senior Living Classic Car Show (the "Event"):

I acknowledge and understand that my participation in the Event is voluntary and hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, property damage and personal damage that may occur by participating in the Event.

I, on behalf of myself and my marital community, my heirs, personal representatives, successors, assigns and next of kin, hereby waive, release, indemnify, hold harmless, agree to defend and covenant not to sue CRISTA Ministries, its past, current and future trustees, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasee"), from and against any and all claims. The term "Claim" means every possible claim, liability, damage, loss and expense including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, for any injury (including death), property damage, or personal damage, arising out of or resulting from, or in any way connected to my attendance and participation in the Event, whether the Claim arises from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.  

Participants are highly encouraged to ensure that their automobile is adequately insured in case of damage for which Releasee is not responsible.  Participant understands and agrees that at no point does CRISTA Ministries assume control or responsibility of participant's automobile. Participant is solely responsible for the supervision and control of their automobile at the Event.
